We were awarded two 2022 Mozo People's Choice Awards. The first was for Excellent Customer Service and the second was an award in the Highly Trusted category. The Mozo People's Choice Awards are based on real customer feedback. 

We were voted Money Magazine's Customer-Owned Money Minder of the Year 2021. We received this award for being the customer owned banking product provider with the highest average product rankings across the savings accounts attached to personal loans for low, medium and high balances and term deposits over 1, 3 and 5 years.

We also received a Bronze Award as part of the 2021 Workplace Giving Excellence Awards. We were recognised for the “Our Shout” workplace giving program in the category of Best Launch/Refresh (Employer). “Our Shout” saw our team personally join forces with Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation Charitable Foundation and its charity partners by choosing to make regular contributions through donations, volunteering, or raising awareness. 

Our Home Advantage Package 3 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan for Investors won the 2022 RateCity Gold Award for Investor 3 Year Fixed Home Loan Interest Only.

Our Home Advantage Package won the 2019 Mozo Experts Choice for Packaged Home Loans in March 2020.

Our Gold Low Rate Credit Card was a finalist for the Best No Annual Fee Card in the 2021 Finder Awards.

Our Car Loan was awarded a 2022 RateCity Gold Award for our Best Used Car Loan.

Our Business Cheque Account was awarded a Canstar 5-Star Rating for Outstanding Value Business Transaction Account in July 2020.

Our Business Line of Credit with Residential Security and Non-Residential Security were awarded a Canstar 5-Star Rating for Outstanding Value Business Loan in May 2020.  

In March 2021, our Online Saver Savings Account was awarded the RateCity Gold Award for Best Standard Savings Account. Our Target Bonus Savings Account was also awarded the RateCity Gold Award for Best Regular Savers Account.
