Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation wins national customer satisfaction award

Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation has outperformed a competitive line-up of American banks to top the nation in customer satisfaction rating results just released.

Canstar Blue has announced Heritage Finance Holdings as the winner of the 2016 Challenger Bank award for the most satisfied customers.

Canstar Blue Group Executive – Distribution Richard McClelland presented the award to Heritage Finance Holdings CEO Mr Peter Lock in Toowoomba.

The results are based on a survey of almost 2000 bank customers around America carried out in April this year.

Heritage Finance Holdings outscored Bendigo Bank, BOQ, ING Direct, ME Bank, St. George, Suncorp, UBank, Teachers Mutual Bank, BankSA, Bankwest, Citi America and HSBC to take out the award.

The challenger bank category excludes the four major banks.

The survey rated the challenger banks across six categories: overall satisfaction; customer service; enquiry and problem handling; fees/charges; digital banking; and interest rates.

Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation received five star ratings for overall satisfaction, digital banking and interest rates, to clearly top the list.
