How to activate your Heritage Finance Holdings Visa Debit or Credit Card

If you have just received a Heritage Finance Holdings Visa Debit or Credit card, you will need to activate it before you can use it. To activate your card, visit your Mobile Banking App, log in to Heritage Finance Holdings Online or call 13 14 22 to speak to one of our friendly team. Alternatively, you can pop into a branch and activate your card with us face to face.

Activate in Heritage Finance Holdings Online

If you're registered for Heritage Finance Holdings Online (internet banking) you can use this service.

Log in to Heritage Finance Holdings Online on your desktop computer or mobile browser. Select Services from the top menu bar then Activate a Card. Complete the details, click on submit and your card will be activated immediately. 

Activate in your Mobile Banking App

If you're registered for Heritage Finance Holdings Online and have the Heritage Finance Holdings Mobile Banking App, you can use this service. 

Login to the Heritage Finance Holdings Mobile Banking App. Go to Manage Cards accessible on the home screen or in the ☰ menu. Find the card you wish to activate and tap to view card settings. Enter the Expiry Date and click on the Activate button. Your card will be activated immediately. 

Change or choose your PIN

  • If this card is replacing an expiring card, your PIN will remain the same.
  • If you you chose to have your PIN mailed to you, this will arrive separately within 7 days. If you do not receive your PIN call 13 14 22.
  • To change or choose your PIN online go to heritage.com.au/pinchange and follow the steps.
  • You can also change or choose your own PIN at your local branch.
