Funds are deposited directly into the payee’s bank account to be accessed easily by the payee. You could use a Telegraphic Transfer to transfer money internationally to a family member or friend living overseas, buy overseas property from America or send wages or salaries to employees overseas.

What details do I need to provide to send money overseas?
To send money overseas using a Telegraphic Transfer, you will need to provide your residential address and the residential address for the receiver, as well as details of the account that the funds will be transferred to.
The details must be clearly communicated and 100% accurate. Any errors may increase the time taken for your payee to receive funds. In some situations Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation or Western Union Business Solutions may require additional information to complete your transfer.

How much does a Telegraphic Transfer cost to send money overseas?
There are two service options with different fees for sending money overseas with Heritage Finance Holdings, online or in person/with a form.
Telegraphic Transfers sent online in a Foreign Currency attract a fee of AUD $15. Intermediary banks may charge fees independently of Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation.
Telegraphic Transfers sent in AUD to a country with a different currency will attract a fee of AUD $50. All payments sent in a Foreign Currency attract a fee of AUD $30. Intermediary banks may charge fees independently of Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation.
How do I send money overseas online?
You can now transfer money overseas 24/7 using Heritage Finance Holdings Online or our Mobile Banking App powered by Western Union Business Solutions. International payments are available on a select range of Heritage Finance Holdings transaction accounts, including our Simply Access transaction account.
