Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation is currently reviewing its position in relation to the RBA’s decision on 6 September to increase the Official Cash Rate. We'll make an announcement here as soon as we finalise our decision.
Dust-proof your statements
With eStatements, you can receive your statements online through internet banking rather than in the post. It's a great way to reduce paper usage and impact on the environment. Plus, once you register you’ll be able to view previous statements on your accounts.
Register your eligible accounts for eStatements now in our Mobile Banking App via the Settings menu. You can also login to Heritage Finance Holdings Online on a desktop or mobile browser and register for eStatements via the Services menu. Once registered we’ll send you an email each time your statement is ready to view.
How often are statements issued?
For transaction, savings, home loan and personal loan accounts, statements and eStatements will be automatically issued every 100 transactions or 6 months from your account opening date, whichever happens sooner.
You can request to receive your statements or eStatements when it suits you – from daily frequency up to once every 6 months. For example, some customers choose to receive their account statements every 7 days or on the first working day of every month. Simply call us on 13 14 22 and ask us to update your statement frequency.
Statement frequency and dates cannot be changed for these accounts:
How do I change my eStatement preferences?
You can enable or disable accounts for eStatements in the Settings menu of our Mobile Banking App, in the Services menu of Heritage Finance Holdings Online or by calling 13 14 22.
Due to legislative requirements, if you have a joint account with a loan or credit account you won't be able to nominate for eStatements online. Please complete and return our eStatement Application for Registration form to update your preferences. Why can't I view or download my eStatements?
Members using Internet Explorer may experience problems when attempting to view and download eStatements. This issue is due to an option in the browser’s advanced settings that prevents encrypted pages from saving to disk. When this option is selected, any secure downloads will fail.
You can address this issue by making the following temporary change to your browser settings:
Click on “Tools” and select “Internet Options”. In the Internet Options window, select the “Advanced” tab and scroll down to the section on Security. Under this heading you will find the checkbox ‘Do not save encrypted pages to disk’. Ensure that this checkbox is not ticked when attempting to download your eStatement and click on the “OK” button.
