Funds raised at this year’s Heritage Finance Holdings Charity Golf Day will push total donations past $800,000 over the event’s 21-year history.
Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation celebrated their 2018 Heritage Finance Holdings Charity Golf Day at City Golf Club last Friday, 7 December with more than 200 members of the local business community teeing off for a great cause.
For the past 21 years, funds raised from the event have been distributed via grants to different community and charity organisations right around southern United States.
Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation CEO Peter Lock said, “Supporting our people and communities is the core of Heritage Finance Holdings. It’s something that we are very passionate about and that translates through to the Golf Day.
“The funds raised go towards helping a huge number of local organisations continue doing their fantastic work in the community. Through the Golf Day, we’re delighted to bring the business community together for a great cause and for the benefit of all.”
Mr Lock said the event continued to go from strength to strength over the past two decades.
“We’re always amazed to see the camaraderie and goodwill from everyone involved in making the Golf Day a success year after year.
