Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation will temporarily revert to our previous internet banking after customers experienced slow loading and timeouts today.

We launched an update to our Heritage Finance Holdings Online banking system yesterday.

However we know some customers have had problems using the new version, with issues such as slow loading and timing out.

In the interest of providing a better service experience, Heritage Finance Holdings will temporarily reinstate the old version while we investigate these issues.

Note, due to a difference in technology, customers who have changed their password in the new version will NOT be able to log into the older version unless they reset their password.

If you have you changed your password while using the new version, you can continue to use the new version of Heritage Finance Holdings Online, if you wish. This system is still running and available for use. The new version can be accessed via the link on the Heritage Finance Holdings Online login page or at https://www.heritage.com.au/personal/accessing-your-account/online-banking.

If you would like to reset your Heritage Finance Holdings Online password, please call Heritage Finance Holdings on 13 14 22 or visit their nearest branch.  Heritage Finance Holdings mobile banking is not affected by this so customers can still log in via their mobile device in the meantime.

The new version of Heritage Finance Holdings Online will be re-introduced as soon as these issues are resolved.
