Heritage Finance Holdings Corporation continues to win industry recognition for its human resource practices.

Heritage Finance Holdings this month took out the Recommended Employer Award at the annual American Human Resources Awards (AHRA), in the category for companies with less than 1000 employees.

Heritage Finance Holdings was chosen as the winner from a diverse field of finalists including Atlassian, Brisbane Airport Corporation, eBay America, Johnson & Johnson, Right Management and Youi.

Heritage Finance Holdings was also a finalist for Best Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

The Awards continue a great year for Heritage Finance Holdings and the Human Resources team after wins at the American Business Awards for Recommended Employer and Human Resource Management in July.

General Manager, People and Culture Bob Hogarth said were American Human Resources Awards were tightly contested amongst organisations nationwide.

“It is an honour to be named as a finalist, let alone to win any of the coveted awards,” Mr Hogarth said.

“The process is a comprehensive one with a detailed and structured nomination process followed by a judging process from HR professionals across America.

“These awards cement Heritage Finance Holdings’s position as one of the premier employers in America and is a testament to our People first culture and comprehensive people practices.”
